I’m usually more in favor of sleeker blazers, but if a slouchy, boxier look is your thing, this silk Grayson jacket at Aritzia is on a pretty great sale — now $77 (was $155). It’s available in both a light and dark gray, and I kind of like it as styled here with a white midi skirt (but please: no crop tops at work unless, perhaps, you work in fashion). It’s available in sizes 00-10 (and also comes in solid colors for $82-$115). Babaton Grayson jacket here is an alternative that’s available in petite and plus sizes; here is another plus-size option.
